Miko Mei Fair's Reservation Policy

1. Table Duration
Your table is reserved for:

• 1–4 guests — 2 hours
• 5–8 guests — 2.5 hours
• 9+ guests — 3 hours

2. Seating Allocation
Tables are allocated across both rooms, depending on availability.

3. Booking Confirmation
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card.

A payment link will be shared and remains valid for 24 hours
Your booking is only confirmed once payment details are completed

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
A fee of £80 per person applies for:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking
• No-shows

5. Arrival Time
We allow a 15-minute grace period.

After this, your table may be released.

6. Space & Storage
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate:

• Pushchairs
• Luggage or large bags

7. Children
We welcome children under the following conditions:

Lunch — from age 5 and above
Dinner — from age 9 and above

8. Dress Code
We kindly ask guests to follow a smart casual dress code.

Not permitted:

• Flip flops
• Shorts
